经过一年的努力,我诊所在上级主管部门的领导下,严格按照法律规定执业,为群众提供了优质的医疗服务。现将诊所年度工作总结如下:

一、我诊所的《医疗机构执业许可证》核准的执业科目是内科。在开展诊疗活动中,我们严格遵守核准的诊疗科目,没有超范围行医,也没有违法开展静脉用药。

二、诊所目前有1名执业医师和1名执业护士,他们已经办理了执业注册手续,并取得了相应的执业证书。

三、我们的诊所制定了完善的管理规章制度,并按照要求将其上墙公布。我们制定了医师和护士的岗位职责,并制定了诊疗和护理的技术规范。

四、我们对病人提供热情周到的服务,关心他们的疾苦,耐心细致地询问病情,并认真进行检查、诊断和治疗。全年共为3251名患者提供了诊疗服务,并没有发生任何医疗差错和医疗事故。

五、我们能够按照规定使用医疗文书,并配备了门诊日志、处方、门诊病历、消毒登记本、一次性使用医疗器械毁形登记本和收费票据等。我们为就诊的患者做好登记工作,书写门诊病历,并合理开具处方药品。

六、我们加强了自身药品采购和保管工作。我们从具有药品经营资质的企业购进使用的药品,并保留了购进药品的票据。我们不向非法企业和个人购买药品,也不使用假冒伪劣药品和过期、变质药品,以确保临床医疗用药的安全。

七、我们能够按照上级要求开展卫生知识宣教活动。我们结合日常诊疗工作,向患者宣传卫生防病知识。我们将上级下发的卫生知识宣传资料张贴在诊所内进行宣传。我们还积极参与社区组织的爱卫生运动,平时经常打扫诊所内外的环境,保持诊所环境整洁。
