A letter to my mother

Dear mother,

I have been good at school.I often think of you when I go to bed because we always go for a walk before go to bed at home.So I miss you everyday.Do you miss me?Why don’t you call me?I’ve got a lot of things to tell you.One of the things is about foreign teacher’s daughter.Her name’s Skyler.She lives in Canada.She comes to our class to learn Chinese and English with me in my class.This afternoon,when it was art and craft class,our class were cleaning the gymnasium.And she did it with us too.So I usually talk to her when she doesn’t know what to do?But when the class is over,I always haven’t got enough time to talk to her.And I usually can’t find her.So we don’t have time to introduce to each other.But it is the first time that I have a foreign student.So I’m very happy!Mum,you often tell me,“If you are happy,I’ll be happy,too.〞So you have to be happy,because I’m happy!I like you when you are happy!

Whenever I have a party,Hsiao-mei is always the first person I invite.She is such fun.I know that she will be able to make my other guests laugh.She does not get upset if somebody tries to tease or make fun of her,either.Hsiao-mei can also be very serious and can discuss almost anything you can think of.If it gets late before the party ends,I can always depend on Hsiao-mei to clean up the house.She never says no,even if she is very tired and would rather go straight home to bed.

There are many television programs in Taiwan today,from TV aeries,quiz shows,soap operas,movies to cartoons.Of all the programs,I like to watch cartoons the best,like Cartoon network,Disney and many others.I like to watch cartoons because they are funny and very interesting,especially when I am sad,tired or bored.I also like cartoon characters.They are so cute and vivid.We must use our imagination when we watch cartoons.Because they are often exaggerated,so you need to have a sense of humor.

I have my own room.It is small,but it’s very nice.There is a bed,a desk and a chair.There are two tables near the bed.You can see some books on the desk.Near the desk,there is a chair.My room is nice and clean.I like my room very much.

My school is nice and clean.There are many classrooms in the school.In our classroom,you can see a TV,some chairs and lights.We can read story books in the library.It’s on the 4th floor.We often play in the garden.I like my school very much!

There are four seasons in a year.Spring is warm.Summer is hot.Fall is cool.Winter is cold.Four seasons are all nice.But my favorite season is spring.In spring,it is always warm and sunny.I can wear my shirt.I can fly kites with my friends.I like spring best.

Last November 24 was my birthday.I had a party at my home.My friends came to my home in the afternoon and I got a lot of presents from them.At the party,we ate a big cake,sang songs,watched TV and listened to music.We were very happy.But all good things must come to an end.We said goodbye at about ten o'clock.We had a very good time on November 24.
