这个星期六我正想着明天就是母亲节了，我应该送妈妈什么礼物呢?想着想着，我突然就想到了国际上献给母亲的花朵——康乃馨。它那纤细青翠的花茎上，开着鲜艳美丽的花，花瓣紧凑而不易调落，叶片细长而不易卷曲，花朵婷婷玉立，姿态高贵别致，花朵有着五彩缤纷的颜色。这正是代表着母爱的花儿，我就送一朵康乃馨给妈妈吧!可我是妈妈贴心的小棉袄，单送康乃馨还远远不够，太单调了，我应该还要给妈妈做一张贺卡，写上我的祝福才好呢!接着我就准备着我的礼物了。

尽管母亲节已经过去了，但我仍然无法抑制对母亲的崇敬之情。

我的母亲是一位外表文静，内心强大的女性。她虽然外表柔弱，但性格却坚强好胜。她待人亲切友善，做事认真负责。她对奶奶百依百顺，对子女教育有方。在我眼中，母亲不仅是我的良师，更是我的朋友。

我的母亲对自己要求非常严格，她不仅要把事情做好，还要做得更好。我记得有一次，母亲在星期三上班时发生了一件事。中午休息时，母亲出去买材料，当她走到自动旋转门口时，不小心被门夹住了右手。尽管她感到剧痛，但她忍住了疼痛，硬是把手拉了出来。鲜血立刻涌了出来，手上出现了一个约三公分长的伤口。周围的同事看到后急忙想把母亲送往医院，但母亲却说：“没关系，先让我回办公室把档案材料放好。”

于是，母亲扶着右手回到了办公室，将材料妥善放好，然后才去医院看病。医生看了伤口后，建议给母亲缝合伤口，但母亲却说：“只要没有伤到筋骨，不需要缝合伤口，否则就不能干活了。”医生再三劝说，但在母亲坚持下，医生只是简单包扎了一下伤口，并给了母亲三天的病假。

然而，第二天一大早，母亲又要去上班了。奶奶和我都不同意，但母亲却说：“单位要进行市里的考核，无论多么辛苦累，我都要把工作做好，确保单位能顺利通过考核。而且，别人需要我的帮助，这是对我的信任，我怎么能让别人失望呢？”
